About Us

Originally from Bolivia, I moved to the US in 1986 and spent
34 years in Northern Virginia before relocating to Central Florida nearly 3
years ago—I’m now 55 years young! My career began in hospitality, gradually
rising to become a Food and Beverage Director in DMV area hotels, nurturing a
strong customer care focus along the way.


Transitioning to Real Estate in 2001 as a Loan Originator, I obtained my Realtor license in 2005 and am now licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Florida, also serving as a public notary. Over the years, I’ve assisted numerous clients in property purchase and financing, embracing my fluency in both English and Spanish to cater to diverse cultural needs.
